"I contracted with Mike Leonard Plumbing several times. The experts they have sent are always professional and competent. Today Randy Keck came as was on time, professional and did a great job fixing the problem I had with two of my toilets. They are the only place I call for my plumbing needs."

"We had a clogged sewer line. I regret calling this company -- my worst experience with a repair service. The first plumber couldn't find the house trap to clear the sewer line. A second plumber came hours later and couldn't find it, either. This guy was rude. He suggested calling a third person with a camera for an extra $350 and about $750 of total charges. I declined and just offered to pay what we owed for their time, which at that point he said was $250. Instead, he said he'd keep looking for the line, without telling me that he would charge hundreds of dollars per hour to wander around the yard. They eventually found it and cleared the line. In the process, though, they took off two boards from our back steps. They pried off one board and broke the screws, leaving it unsecured. They didn't properly screw down the second board when they were done, either, so now the steps are uneven. In the end, he charged me $710, anyway, despite not bringing the camera, which was supposed to be the most expensive step. All around unsatisfactory."

"I spoke with customer service to find out if Handyside could install my Vent Hood over a kitchen island. They sent someone 2 days later to do the job. He did not have the ability or tools to do the job. He told me they would give me an estimate after he spoke with his expert. Then charged me $89.00 for service call. After 2 weeks I called asking for my estimate. Not ready yet. They finally responded 2 days later with an over the phone quote of $4,000! Obviously, Handyside had no ability to do the job or interest in it. Otherwise, I would have received an invoice that spelled out the service in detail. It sounded like they picked a sky high number to make sure they wouldn't have to do the job. $89.00 for this service. No thanks."

"Excellent! The clog was removed in roughly 30 minutes. The original price was $175.00, but since the clog was removed on a weekend, there was an additional $75.00 charege, for a total of $250.00. Still reasonable."

"Excellent. Neftali was able to tell me that it was the pump on the dishwasher and not the plumbing. Assisted in purchasing a dishwasher that would fit in the existing space. Also was able to fix doors on the freezer and refrigerator. He was professional and did not get upset when my golden retriever wanted to assist him."

"Recently upgraded our HVAC system which was a construction grade system about 22 years old. I contacted Haller Enterprises and received a very thorough and complete quote (Mike M. was my contact). He explained the proposal very thoroughly and and explained why everything was included. My furnace and AC were installed this week (by Kelly and Austin) and everything went smoothly. The installers were very capable and courteous. I would recommend Haller Enterprise to anyone needing help with their HVAC system!"

"Absolutely horrible experience, the installers did a terrible job, they made a mess of the house, took things from drawers, we were missing medication, jewelry, I even lost my ski suit! Don’t hire these people whatever you do, worst mistake ever! Also, the owner who was a fairly miserable gentleman kept hitting on my wife and touching her shoulder. It made her very uncomfortable! Beware, hide your valuables, make sure your children are safe, then go ahead and hire them."

We have zero confidence in their technicians and the company actually knowing what they are doing!! You know it is sad that you guys installed a garbage unit supposedly as a high end AC HVAC unit and a completely new heating system at a cost of over 25000+ and I continue to pay large service bills just 3 years later. $1800 this time. Really? This AC unit completely failed in less than 3 years and it was their supposedly “High end unit” ….a unit large enough for a house Twice my size. Very sad!! I personally recommend you look elsewhere if you want quality and someone that stands behind their work. They’ve made Mistake after mistake literally every time they come out. It’s like I’m dealing with the 3 stooges and I’m stuck in some bad comedy show."
