Remodel complaint Notes Their work habit and schedule were unprofessional. They set their schedule and usually never came when they said. The last day they showed up was after more than 7 weeks, from October 26th till December 17th. Their work area was left in a constant mess. • Installed shower incorrectly • Took weeks to connect sink correctly • Broke the wall between the bathroom and closet in next room • Why did he tear up bathroom before tile was in, still no bathroom on second floor • • Cracked toilet flange • Filled toilet drain with debris • Poured concrete on floor without replacing pipe • Needed to replace 1.5“bathtub drain with 2” drain • Never measured shower stall and had us buy a stall that was too big for the space • • Used wrong sheet rock on bathroom wall and Installed wall on 22” center, not standard 18” We filed in small claims court and were awarded over $4500.
