"I have a 1957 built ranch-style home that needed some major upgrades over the past 3 years.  Those projects were all done by Dion at Three Rivers Remodeling.  I met Dion back in 08/2011 through my neighbor (his in-laws) and the first project was my upstairs bathroom.  I was impressed with Dion's professionalism, attention to detail/cleanliness, and punctuality.  I was really impressed when Dion asked if it would OK for him to work on the bathroom on Labor Day.  Since then, in 2011 Dion installed glass block windows in my garage and replaced the doors/base boards in the hallway.  In 2012, Dion replaced a paneled wall in the living room with drywall, painted the living room, refinished the hardwood floors, and built stairs leading from the basement to the living area.  In 02/2014, I hired Dion for a complete kitchen remodel.  Finally, in 11/2014, Dion remodeled my downstairs bathroom.  On that job, after he gutted the room we found several problems that we were not expecting.  Dion worked most days until 9:00 (after asking me if that would be OK) in order to get the job done by the promised completion date while not sacrificing the quality of the finished project.  When I show people the finished project, they are always very impressed by Dion's work.
Dion does all the work himself and he is a bit of a perfectionist.  I know that he prefers to do the job right as opposed to doing the job cheaply.  I cannot say the same thing about the prior owners of my house.  When we discovered the issues with the downstairs basement, Dion explained my options.  What we could/could not get away with.  What is the right way/workaround to correct the problem.  Inevitably, with my experience with Dion, I trust his judgement and always authorize him to do it the right way.
When it comes to pricing, I do my research and go into the project with a range on what I think it will cost.  Dion always comes in within that range.  Never overpriced and never a low-ball estimate.  He discusses what needs to be done with me in layman's terms and his contract clearly discloses all the work to be done for the price.  Any unanticipated costs (like on the downstairs bathroom) are clearly discussed, priced, documented, and presented to me for approval before Dion proceeds with any work.
Oh, and Dion likes my dogs (and they love him) even letting them out for bathroom breaks while he's on the job.  May seem trivial, but, just another example of the extra steps Dion takes to make the whole process a positive experience.

"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

"We engaged the services of TJ Kustumz Construction for a major and long overdue renovation of the complete interior of the main floor of our home. Owner Tim Goerl and his crew provided exceptional, diligent and timely service. They efficiently remodeled our living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Tim's strong relationships with local suppliers and vendors enabled the availability of the highest quality materials at very reasonable and affordable prices. The duration of the project was lengthy due to its scope and our requests. Tim and his crew worked long and hard every day. They were always very friendly, informative and considerate of our preferences and suggestions. Tim communicated with us on a daily basis. Not only did Tim and his crew provide excellent service, they are also great people that we have become very proud and happy to know. They are consummate professionals and remarkable people. We now have nine newly renovated beautiful rooms in our home. Our home looks and feels much better than ever. I would highly recommend TJ Kustumz Construction to anybody and everybody, commercial or residential, projects large or small. Thanks again to Tim, Bob, Rick, Stephanie and Bruce for your awesome and unprecedented reliability, commitment, professionalism and determination."

"The HomePro Remodelers, with their exceptional skills, helped make our project a huge success. They took extraordinary effort in cleaning up and were very considerate of our surroundings. Since our back porch enclosure has added so much to our lives, we are considering having our front porch also enclosed."

"I needed more complete design and remodeling services for a couple of bathrooms and upstairs areas. They only redo existing bath and shower structure, not moving fixtures, plumbing and walls. But they were very helpful in explaining what products they did have to offer and understanding of how my needs differed from their service capabilities."

"Very professional all around. Would hire again when we remodel our bath."

"Our backsplash looks amazing. It was done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Kemery!"
