He was able to stop by within the hour for an estimate and said he could come back the next morning with one of his guys to do the work. When our wooden attic ladder fell out of the ceiling during the coldest days of February, we couldn't get some contractors to come out and give us an estimate to fix it.  We had 2 no-shows and many who did not return our calls.  So we lived for a couple weeks with our attic door propped up with a 2 by4 and a ladder.

HOWEVER, when we searched Angie's list and identified Always Perfect Contracting, Zach came out right away, gave us some advice about what to do and scheduled a date to deliver the work. 

Zach did everything he promised on time and within budget. So we asked him to do a second job of installing molding around a new skylight.  We had asked several previous contractors to look at the skylight.  They had no satisfactory solutions about how to tackle the tricky trim work because it was not even on all sides..  Zach immediately knew what to do, and made the finished trim appear as if it's even on all sides.  He did an amazing great job on the molding, and I am extremely happy with the result..
