"This review is highly inaccurate on how the job was completed. The photos you have provided were photos sent to me during the duration of the project of things not completed. It was confirmed in our texts that they would be done as originally planned in due order. I explained that the the shower ledge would be caulked in with match grout after the shower pan was grouted as is typically done for all corners of the shower for expansion in the tile. We had explained that the s-trap that was under you bathtub was not up to code the drop ceiling did not have enough space required to fix in order to drain correctly. As for the inset under your instruction we measured out and drew 3 different areas you had an idea for and you chose the one we installed. As for the trim work you had mentioned you were going to remove and reinstall the trim because you were unhappy with how it looked against your floor vent. You did not want to pay the additional expensive it would have cost to move that or the toilet towards the vanity. Lastly this project cost was not $13000 as you had kept track of our hours of work and negotiated us down to $11,665.44. I can understand you are upset we did not agree to take on your basement bathroom and laundry room project after this bathroom was completed but it is unjustified to leave an inaccurate review for a small business."
