"The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."

"The estimater/installer is very personable and cared about what we wanted done. He did what we wanted in a timely manner, coming back to make a correction to one blind that was not functioning correctly. We were extremely pleased with the service and product and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing window coverings."

"I have had an issue with one of the shades. However, the company has been very proactive to resolve the issue. However, because of the product issue that is why I gave a 4.5. The other installations have been terrific. I think it just might be an issue from the sourcing company and not the Pretty Creations. I am having other work done with them. So I am very happy with customer service."
