I have had an issue with one of the shades. However, the company has been very proactive to resolve the issue. However, because of the product issue that is why I gave a 4.5. The other installations have been terrific. I think it just might be an issue from the sourcing company and not the Pretty Creations. I am having other work done with them. So I am very happy with customer service.

I needed new foam for sofa cushions and Adele got what I needed. She cut and wrapped the foam, brought it to my house and inserted it in the covers. It was great working with someone who it so personable and nice. Thank you

It was a great experience working with Adele. She is very personable, easy to work with, and listens to customer needs. I had three roman shades, and one set of draperies, and they were all exactly as she said they would be. High quality products. Everyone that has come to my home has complemented the shades and drapes. I will certainly work with her again!

While overall we are satisfied with the work, we had to keep calling to find out when the job would be completed. They required a 50% deposit via their electronic pay which would only accept the full amount at the time of payment. The cost seemed a bit pricey, but hopefully, we got the best quality and will see about the workmanship. However, they look beautiful and hopefully will endure.

"This customer was quoted 8-10 weeks and our lead time was 3 1/2 weeks. We typically do not report every week on the reupholstery process because those conversations are had up front with the customer before we start a reupholstery project. The dining chairs were in very poor condition. Inner springs and upholstery foam were replaced. We used premium quality white leather hides imported from Italy. The chairs are absolutely gorgeous and will outlast the customer! As to the invoice payment process, we fully explained how to make a payment through Quickbooks and told the customer if they weren?t sure how to do it, we would get on the phone and w"

She showed up late w/o information for our sliding glass door. Said we would have the quote later that night. 5 days later still no quote.

I had the pleasure of working with Adele recently and there aren't words to describe how wonderful and lovely she is and her level of work is par none. I had some pieces that needed reupholstered desperately and I couldn't be happier with the results - they look fantastic! I have some furniture that will need done in the future and I know exactly where I'm going. Sew Pretty Creations brought the vision in my head to life! Adele listened, sketched, then created the most beautiful balloon valance for our nursery! So much more lovely than I had even imagined!
