"I regret giving over $80k to this contractor. Jim, Chase and all others did shotty work in my home and now their work needs to be redone by a professional. Even after things stopped working I called them back and no one came out or contacted me to fix it. My window frames and baseboards were installed improperly as well as my electrical. My flooring is lifting and new stairs installed weren’t even nailed in properly, my husband nearly broke his hip on the stairs. I wish I could take it all back and never would’ve trust them."

"I called and was told the repair would cost $300, and that?s what I paid. He did try changing the price on arrival to $400 Same day: Service was completed and I left the technician the full payment?all agreed over the phone beforehand. Arrival: No call ahead?they arrived almost 4 hours past the timeframe I was given. Failure: After working a few times, the key stopped functioning about two weeks later due to the battery. I drive maybe four times a week. Follow?up: Upon reaching out again, I explained the problem?but when I challenged any implied fault or vacancy, his tone became dismissive and very unprofessional. He is one of the only locksmith around unless you find one on facebook marketplace. Not to many other option. He did send $25.00 back for a replacement of a key. "

Yes, keyless locks can be quite safe, but their security depends on the type and quality of the lock you choose. If a portion of the key is still protruding from your lock, try lubricating the keyway and using pliers or even a bobby pin to pull the key out of the hole. If you have jigsaw blades handy, you can also try using those to grab onto the stuck key and pull it out. 

But, if neither option works or you can’t reach the key, your only option is to call a locksmith for help.
