TIM'S COMPUTER REPAIR

Tim was extremely helpful in assisting me with my new computer purchase. He offered valuable advice regarding the different configurations available and provided various recommendations based on the information I gave him. My computer was in my hand in just a few days. Tim stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. He even instructed me on the different types of anti-virus software available and how to load the drivers for my printer. Tim is extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The price I paid for the computer and printer I received was well worth the price and well below the big box stores. Tim is now my "go to" computer guy! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

It went well. He was very quick to respond and stayed on it until the solution was found! He was very professional and cordial in his dealings with me. A replacement monitor was needed and is not included in the price below. His cost for the replacement monitor was very reasonable (and it was larger in he bargain than the one it replaced).
