He asked for 1/3 of the total estimate up front. He had a crew of 2 capable people. He supervised them the first day and then came in at the end to inspect the work and get my approval before giving him the final payment. He communicated with me regularly on coordinating work times. They also were very careful to cover up with plastic and left very little mess. Note: we had 3-5 areas on the living room ceiling, 1 in the dining room, 1 in the kitchen, 2 in the bathroom, and 1 in the bedroom."
