Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. After I sent my down payment and they put me on their schedule, Shannon their office manager contacted me every Friday to keep me updated that they were still coming on that date. Did not purchase molding I sent pictures of and installed buckled molding- I had to purchase out of pocket which should have been includes in the price. Additional outlet not installed m, but was paid for. Sloppy painting, which I had to touch up and had to replace hardware. "

Had a tech out too as they continuously called me to schedule service making me believe had purchased an annual power wash. Guy came out said it was just a sales call so I sent him away.
