After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Groundworks is a highly professional and honest company that didn't try to inflate the scope of work to charge us more. We wholeheartedly recommend them."

"My wife and I just had Oakland give us a quote, plan and then install, pour, a 8.5 cubic yard patio after removing the trex deck that it was time to retire around our inground pool. After removal of the deck it was discovered that there was electrical work that needed to be rerun to our pool pump house and a Jacuzzi we were replacing. This they had no problem incorporating into the job without batting an eye. Communication was good. And from the plan, to scheduling, to actually accomplishing the task, considering the bad weather we were having, everything was done professionally, and on time in spite of whatever obstacles were thrown in the way. The crew was professional and courteous, and went out of their way to protect all that was necessary around what they were doing. They went out of their way to meticulously clean up the job and ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction before calling it done. All was done in a timely manner in spite of the atrocious weather they had to work around and through in getting it finished. My wife and I could not be happier with the job, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have concrete work done for any reason."

"I cannot recommend barrier spray foam enough. We had been looking for a company that I felt comfortable doing our spray foam insulation in the completely un-insulated attic space for a few weeks before I found Robert Keeney from barrier spray foam and I am extremely glad that I was able to find them because I could not be more pleased with the service and the quality of the work that they produced. Robert was incredibly efficient, showed up exactly when he said he would to do a free estimate, he was very good at explaining the R values and the percentage that they would actually insulate the space and what his recommendations are and for that I am extremely grateful. Barrier spray foam helped me to feel very comfortable that they were doing everything they could to make sure that the work that was done was what the space needed, and the quality was top notch. They started promptly, explained what they were doing, explained where they were throughout the process and let us know when they were ready to leave.
