He not only patched and sanded a wall that a previous contractor had left in a terrible condition, he filled and sanded a ton of nail holes, repaired the nail pops on the ceiling, sealed the ceiling and walls and then painted everything. "Montco was one of 3 fence installers we had out to give an estimate on installing a vinyl privacy fence in our yard. Bill (the owner, I believe) came and one of the first things he said was that we should just do wire along the back of the yard instead of vinyl since there is already a wall of evergreen trees there. It would save us a big chunk of money (probably about 2K) and also make the yard feel less boxed in. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to suggest this and it made us feel like he actually cared. He listened to our concerns about keeping the fence as low as possible to keep the dogs in and was the only contractor who seemed fully confident in his ability to get the fence installed on a sizable incline without stepping the panels."
