"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

When it came to the instillation, I cannot speak highly enough of the people that made it happen. They were prompt, hardworking, considerate, and there was never a moment we were concerned about having people we didn’t know in our home. The results are wonderful. "While our basement came out good, there were several extra costs that our PM John came up with that we feel could have been included prior to the work beginning in the contract or in the extras section of the contract. Things like stair replacement, trying to get us to install 2 sump pumps + a second electric panel. Regarding the pumps, the plumber actually recommended against the 2 pumps as he was able to connect all of our window wells to a single pump, also eliminating the need for a second panel. They also installed low quality hi-hats as our lights continue to flicker and pretty much told us that it?s normal and nothing can be done. Lastly, the workers left our unfinished area a mess at the end of the project- leftover debris and our furnace a water heater were left covered in dust. If you don?t mind feeling price gauged and having your concerns not taken seriously, this is the company for you. "
