This cleaning service is phenomenal. Erin, Sydney and Carmen did a deep clean (I can't even remember when the last deep clean was done) and they were amazing. The house is spotless and a thing of beauty. We are going to have weekly cleaning by Mrs. Clean and feel delighted to have have that service. I highly recommend Mrs. Clean and Erin, Sydney and Carmen.

Hired the team to deep clean a house we are selling - did an OUTSTANDING job - hard working, personable team. Plan to hire Mrs. Clean for bi-weekly cleaning of our new house...

Generally speaking, the service was good and the cleaners were prompt and polite. I was just hoping for more of the deep clean that I was expecting.

I found the service to be uneven -- sometimes good and sometimes bad, based on who they sent to clean. They use two-person teams, usually one senior and one junior cleaner. Often the junior cleaner was unprofessional and unenthusiastic. This caused things to be missed (sometimes a bathroom, or parts of the floor not vacuumed, or baseboards not dusted). One cleaner was so bad -- leaving the house to make personal calls -- that I had to ask to have her replaced. She left the tub full of dirty water, and another time did the same with a sink. Another cleaner threw my toothpaste away. Sometimes they would forget to clean the shower. Or leave the bathroom mirror worse than it was before they tried to clean it (covered in streaks). Other problems developed. There were several no-shows. Or they would try to reschedule my appointed time at the last minute, on the day of a visit. This was very inconvenient and irritating as I have to schedule my work and other responsibilities around these specific time slots, so changing a time without notice was often not possible. Also, if a prior job finished early, they would show up early, instead of at the agreed-upon time, because the cleaners wanted to go home early. This screwed up my work schedule. The rescheduling got worse over the past few months. The manager changed, and no one bothered to inform me. Then, when I finally called the owner (who also had changed) to complain about the bad service, he raised my fee by 20%. This seemed like adding insult to injury. The last straw occurred this week. The team had been scheduled (for a month) to arrive on Friday, but waited until a few hours prior to the appointment to try to change the time. I said I could not do so at such late notice (why did they wait a month to do this??). So instead of honoring our regular appointment, the cleaner said they would come the following Monday. I waited for them and could not leave the house. They never showed. I terminated the service. I was paying $80/hour, or $160 for two hours' service. I often paid the full two hours' fee even when they finished early. All in all I had over 5 teams in less than 2 years. The high (staff, management, and ownership) turnover and unenthusiastic attitude of several of the cleaners, combined with the way the owner dealt with me, leads me to believe that there is a morale problem. My advice to the owner of this service is to motivate your staff and managers through better pay and treatment, and treat your customers as valuable assets, not commodities to be taken advantage of for monetary gain. I certainly did not feel valued.

Mrs. Clean answered my call immediately and answered the many questions I had since I had never used a service like this before. She was patient and professional, walking me through the entire process. Once service had been scheduled, she called the day before to confirm the appointment. Mrs. clean sent two cleaners, Dawn and Jessica. They showed up on time and had friendly dispositions. They were great with my dog who is scared of everyone, and even interacted with my one year old daughter.

They worked diligently and efficiently, even doing more than my wife and I expected. After leaving, the supervisor,Tina, called to follow up to make sure I was completely satisfied. We scheduled the next appointment and I'm excited to have them back at my home.

I employed Mrs. Clean for a year as my housecleaners.  The company initially was recommended by my neighbors, and Donna ran a good company when she owned it.  Once she sold the company, though, the quality began to sag.

Mrs. Clean came every two weeks for service (team of two, who spent 2.5 hours) between September 2013 and September 2014.  After they would leave, the house always smelled nice, but a careful inspection showed that the scent was covering the fact that the house was not deeply cleaned.  The cleaning became more and more superficial as the course of the service went on.  What was cleaned stayed clean for a couple of days, and then got dirty very quickly.

In fact, while interviewing new housecleaners not even one day after Mrs. Clean provided service, one prospective new cleaner ran his finger along the window blinds and it came off dirty.  The same thing happened on picture frames. It became clear that Mrs. Clean's cleaning that was done was not a high standard.

Once I started noticing the degraded quality of service and after a few bi-weekly services of poor quality to establish a pattern, I brought these deficiencies to the attention of Tina, who came to the house and agreed that the quality was insufficient.  She offered to send a different team, wondering if the prior team had become burned out and careless in what I imagine must be seen as a big job (a three-floor Victorian).  I agreed to have a new team to see if the quality improved.  It did not.

My parents were in town on a later occasion when Mrs. Clean's team came to my house.  After the cleaning, it was clear that insufficient effort (if any) had been provided to at least one room on the second floor.  We house a cat in this room, so there often is hair on the sofa.  There remained dirt and dry cat food around the room and cat hair on the couch.

I immediately contacted Tina, who sent the team back with a decent amount of frustration and exhilaration in her voice.  The team, to my mother's face (and to me by phone) claimed to have been down on their knees scrubbing and cleaning the floor.  They also said that they did not have the tools to remove the cat hair from the couch and that I would need to provide them the equipment to do so (which seems like a basic housekeeping tool to me---no other cleaner has ever lacked such equipment).  Nor did they, really, because they had cleaned it appropriately on prior occasions.

But the fact that dirt, dry cat food and cat hair remained where they claimed to have cleaned thoroughly spoke volumes.  It is tough to dispute facts.

At that point, after several months of sub-quality service, I informed Tina that we would not need their service anymore.  She offered to swap the cleaning team again, but this time I declined.  The issue was not any particular team, but the standard of clean that they set for themselves.

Mrs. Clean was always very accommodating, timely and offered a fine price at $60/hr.  Which makes the poor quality even more surprising, because there really was no temporal limit to the cleaning:  they could have stayed until it was done properly!

Until the last episode where they outright lied to us about having cleaned a space that clearly had not been cleaned, everyone was always very friendly and pleasant.  After that episode, my trust in their quality reached its breaking point.  I just think their standard of clean is not in line with my own, which is a fundamental problem in the cleaning line.  I wish no ill will to the company, but it does not seem unreasonable to expect a thoroughly-cleaned house when one pays for housecleaning.

1st round, when "Mrs Clean" showed up, everything went awesome. She was very thorough as well as 2 of her employees that she brought with her.
The 2nd round, on the other hand, went horrible. 2 employees showed up. One of them complained that this wasn't how they thought their career would end up, which is awesome when their about to clean your house. They cleaned for about an hour and left. I called Mrs Clean and told her what happened and that nothing was really cleaned. I asked specifically to focus on dusting. No dusting was done, vacuumed the 1st floor, cleaned the kitchen and left.
When Mrs Clean showed up I was very impressed. She needs to find employees with a better attitude.

Ms. Perrin came and brought two cleaners to the apartment. She was on-time and very professional. Several unforseen issues prevented me from removing many of the small belongings before she and her team came. None the less, we were able to work around each other effectively and complete the job. She was very detail oriented and didn't miss a thing.
I was so embarrassed to be unready but she made me feel comfortable, was very professional and completed the job beautifully. Both myself and my former landlord were grateful! I would definitely recommend her services.
