"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."

We might be new to the Installing market by name, but we come with 30 combined years of installation experience. We are able to offer various material and heights fully installed Including Wood, Custom Wood, Aluminum, Vinyl, Split Rail, and Chain Link. As well as Hand Rail. To be Transparent a rough estimate on materials to complete a job is required, to ensure no loss on market up on material over night. As the raw material market goes up and down daily. A LLC will have Owners and Employers File 1099 forms for taxes. The business then files it own taxes depending on the profit it cleared in the year. The first step of our process is to see the project needs and give a rough estimate for the materials and labor. We then offer a contractors contract to ensure the legal safety of both parties. The customer then pays the supplier directly or writes a check to P-A. Fence LLC, to purchase needed materials and labor cost for the start of the project. After completion the remaining balance is then due to P-A. Fence LLC written in form of Check or Cash is then documented on a receipt for our tax purposes. Thank you And We look forward to meeting your Project needs.

"The contractor communicated very well with me. He responded quickly to questions and answered them in a professional manner. He promised to start on a certain day, but torrential rain pushed that day back. He did communicate with me as this happened. He finally arrived to start the job as agreed upon and had a crew of himself and other guy and a younger guy. They worked hard and respected my property. He initially quoted 3 days to finish the job, but it took a half a day more which I had no issues with. The fence looks great and is exactly what I wanted. The two 4 foot swing gates seemed to be a challenge, however. They installed them and they were uneven and sagging. He stated that it was due to the weight and length of the gates and the fact that post had to moved in due to cement under the ground that he could not place the post where he initially wanted. I accepted that. The gates had a lot of play and then one of the gates fell from the post a day later. He said it was due to having to rip-cut the gate to make it smaller and the clips were not there. He came back out the very next day and screwed the fence to the post and also did the other side to ensure stability and no further separation. Well, 2 days later during heavy winds another section of the gate came free. He never screwed that part when he came and did the other. The contractor apologized and came out the very next morning and repaired that and the gate seems to be solid now. I purchased a post that goes into the ground after, to add stability and he voluntarily agreed to mount that for me at no additional charge. Overall, the work was done well. He just seemed to have a lot of difficulty with those large swing gates, but did everything he could and always came out the very next day to make it right. They cleaned up everything and respected my property. I would use them again and feel they gained some experience with those types of gates after a few issues. LOL. Thanks again John."

Install Above Ground Pools questions, answered by experts

Once you use a pH decreaser, you can expect the pH to adjust in two to four hours. If you use a strong chemical like muriatic acid, it could take as little as an hour. Either way, it’s best to wait for a full turnover cycle before retesting. You want to make sure the chemical is completely dissolved and evenly distributed or you won’t have a stable pH level.

It's not ideal, and if your pool’s pH is seriously low (below 7), swimming can be dangerous until you raise it, potentially causing severe irritation and damage to the skin and eyes.

Keep in mind that low pH can also be responsible for damaging the pool itself. Acidic water can contribute to the cracking of your pool's liner, which may cost up to $2,500 to replace, making this an expensive fix.

A 24-foot diameter pool is the most popular size for a round above ground model, while 15 by 30 feet is a common choice for oval-shaped pools. However, you'll find round sizes everywhere between 8 and 33 feet. Oval pools range up to 21 by 41 feet but can be customized to stretch much longer. Choosing the right size will come down to where you can level your yard and how many swimmers plan to use the pool at a given time.

Weekly to maintain a safe and healthy swimming environment.

It’s a good idea to call in a pro to fill in your pool, because there are many potential hazards to doing it yourself. Unless you’re careful, you can damage your septic tank, plumbing pipes, and sprinkler lines. It’s also possible to damage your sewer connections, utility lines, driveway, landscaping, and sidewalk.
