"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."

To be Transparent a rough estimate on materials to complete a job is required, to ensure no loss on market up on material over night. As the raw material market goes up and down daily. A LLC will have Owners and Employers File 1099 forms for taxes. The business then files it own taxes depending on the profit it cleared in the year. The first step of our process is to see the project needs and give a rough estimate for the materials and labor. We then offer a contractors contract to ensure the legal safety of both parties. The customer then pays the supplier directly or writes a check to P-A. Fence LLC, to purchase needed materials and labor cost for the start of the project. "The contractor communicated very well with me. He responded quickly to questions and answered them in a professional manner. He promised to start on a certain day, but torrential rain pushed that day back. He did communicate with me as this happened. He finally arrived to start the job as agreed upon and had a crew of himself and other guy and a younger guy. They worked hard and respected my property. He initially quoted 3 days to finish the job, but it took a half a day more which I had no issues with. The fence looks great and is exactly what I wanted. The two 4 foot swing gates seemed to be a challenge, however. They installed them and they were uneven and sagging. He stated that it was due to the weight and length of the gates and the fact that post had to moved in due to cement under the ground that he could not place the post where he initially wanted. I accepted that. The gates had a lot of play and then one of the gates fell from the post a day later. He said it was due to having to rip-cut the gate to make it smaller and the clips were not there. He came back out the very next day and screwed the fence to the post and also did the other side to ensure stability and no further separation. Well, 2 days later during heavy winds another section of the gate came free. He never screwed that part when he came and did the other. The contractor apologized and came out the very next morning and repaired that and the gate seems to be solid now. I purchased a post that goes into the ground after, to add stability and he voluntarily agreed to mount that for me at no additional charge. Overall, the work was done well. He just seemed to have a lot of difficulty with those large swing gates, but did everything he could and always came out the very next day to make it right. They cleaned up everything and respected my property. I would use them again and feel they gained some experience with those types of gates after a few issues. LOL. Thanks again John."

Install Above Ground Pools questions, answered by experts

Installing an infinity pool takes up to 12 weeks. It can take as long as 20 weeks if you have a complex design, are building a pool in an inaccessible area, or face weather-related construction delays. Either way, this is a big job that requires a lot of time and labor to get it right. Pool construction is not a job that should be rushed, as poor installation can lead to expensive recurring repair costs.

Pool water—or rather, the chlorine in pool water—generally doesn’t damage artificial grass. This type of grass is made from plastic fibers that are incredibly resilient. That said, you can damage artificial grass around a pool in other ways. For example, the sun’s reflection off a window or fence can melt polyethylene fibers. A temporary pool can flatten and cause an indent in turf.

Yes, you can put too much shock in a pool, and it is crucial to follow the directions on the product you are using. Adding excess shock can upset the chemical balance, make the water cloudy, have adverse effects on swimmers, damage pool equipment or surfaces, and even encourage certain types of algae to grow. If you have over-shocked your pool, perform a water test and adjust the chemicals as necessary. The pool's chemical balance will eventually return to normal as the excess chlorine dissipates over time.

It’s a good idea to run the pool pump while swimming because your filter and skimmers will be active to help keep the water clean. Additionally, if you have pool features, you would naturally keep those pumps running while you swim. However, it’s not a requirement to run your pump while you swim.

Yes, some pool designs do not have coping. However, most designers will extend the decking beyond the water's edge to keep water inside the pool and lower potential pool repair costs in the future. A pool without coping may look more seamless but can raise the risk of slipping and make it trickier to get in and out of the pool.
