"John Cooper has been my HVAC contractor now for several years. In May he installed a Navien tankless water heater in the crawl space of my home. First of all his quote was several hundred dollars less than anyone else and what was totally unexpected was he and his helper disconnected and removed the current electric tank water heater. His work is impeccable and his pricing is realistic. He is my go to guy!"

"Very detailed, very professional, very knowledgeable. Unlike other Pennsylvania contractors, they get the job done and they do it right. Skip, Ralph, John and Dennis are excellent and thorough. Don't take a chance with other contractors that will disappear with your deposit because it'll cost more than what you'll save. I got quite a few estimates and these guys were very reasonable. Not the cheapest but the best rated and quality doesn't cost, it pays in the long run. I would definitely recommend them."

"Dan and Gary were excellent. They worked hard neat and clean and got the job done on schedule. Both workers were respectful of us being in the home while they were doing the install. They added extra safety hand rails along the walls from the bedroom to the bath and did an excellent job. The weather was below 0 degrees with high winds which did not slow them down! They showed up on time as promised. Would defiantly recommend to anyone!! Bill the owner did everything he promised and was excellent and right here in Tannersville Pa. Thank you to you and your whole team."

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
