"My friend is in the hospital recovering from major surgery. His wife is at home taking care of 3 adolescent boys from foster care. The home gets hit with a bed bug infestation and they need to relocate to an old mobile home while their house is being fumigated. I called ProTech on Friday afternoon and explained I needed to help my friend as there was an electrical issue at the trailer that needed to be fixed so the family could stay there. "The job was absolutely done well. I had a series of about 10 outdoor hardwired lights which were outdated and rusty causing the fuse to blow constantly. Keith came and understood my complaint and did what had to be done along with full cleanup. The gave us that aura of safety and confidence all the while. "Erwin and Harold from Edinson Electrical Solutions visited us to work on the dishwasher, the circuit breaker panel, outlets and possible installation of a new outlet box in the basement. Erwin was very thorough. He went through all the requirements of what needed to be done and provided options for us to pick. We wound up putting in a new outlet box for the dishwasher (which he diagnosed as needing replacement). He installed a new whole house surge protector at the circuit breaker panel. He fixed a few of the troublesome outlets. We decided not to install the outlet box in the basement at this time. What was impressive was the time he spent explaining the pros and cons of what needed to be done. I appreciated the explanations. They did an outstanding job for us and not was reasonable for the work that was performed."
