"Sean and his crew removed a crumbling concrete backyard patio, replaced it with a new Trex deck, and replaced a front concrete walkway with paver stones. Sean and his team showed up when they said and did a great job. Price for work was well within range of other estimates and much lower than some. They went beyond my expectations, replacing the grass torn up during demolition and did other contributions that made the overall project a pleasure to enjoy. "Colt’s property service has done multiple projects for me and has done a good job with all of them. Most recently he regraded underneath my deck. And replaced the old footings. "Professional and courteous office and on site staff (Operator). The Operator explained in detail the work to be performed and answered all questions without hesitation. The company provides equipment that prevents damage to lawn/property, and the costs were reasonable. My only recommendation would be for the office staff to mention the charge to dig up the septic cover up front. The Operator was thorough and mentioned the charge before starting the work. I definitely would not hesitate to use Avalanche Septic Services again for any of the services they provide."

"Had this company clean/inspect our wood burning stove when we bought our house a year ago. After the huge wind storm the cap for the chimney fell off.
