I selected 4 contractors to respond and discuss the project. This contractor did not respond.

On time. Moved quickly(perhaps too hastily). Needed to return to correct poor craftsmanship and clean the area. Several pieces of hardware were left scattered throughout the property only to be found by the lawn tractor later.. Problems not addressed as work progressed. This was a specific request. Now, I have a brand new sagging roof. Beautiful shingles that look like a horses drooping back. Lack of craftsmanship was extremely disappointing. They did return immediately to correct the issues; however I was not happy with the end results.I would not recommend this company. Especially if you know nothing about roofing.

The person that represented Joseph Seifert Company (Kevin F.) promised to "side" the mud room of my house, but failed to put it in the contract. This failure on his part and mine to pick up on it left the house unfinished. The house looks great, EXCEPT for the unfinished mud room, which looks like crap. I fulfilled my obligation and paid $22,000 dollars for an unfinished job.I have text messages telling me he(Kevin) screwed up. Honor and keeping ones word means nothing this day and age. While working on the roof NOBODY spoke ANY English, but when it came time for paying the bill Fred came was there to collect payment! The one review i wrote Joe said they all speak English is an out and out LIE!! Never again! V/R. Rich

It went very well. They were responsible and were very timely and cleaned up after themselves and caused minimal disruptions.

I'd give them 5 stars. No problems. Everything is good. Highly pleased. They fit my budget, they were affordable. They were on time.

Joseph Seifert Contracting came out quickly and gave us an estimate for the work that needed to be done, also giving us a time frame/wait time. The estimate was less than most of the other estimates we had received. They were within a week or two of the estimated time frame and completed the work for the amount that had been quoted. They were able to complete the work in one day. We had a minor issue with a roof overhang that had not been completed, but the crew was back out the next day and fixed the issue. We were very happy with their work, the professionalism of the crew and staff in the office. They cleaned up completely when they were finished.

The did the entire job in one day. They came took off old shingles, put down new plywood, and then new shingles. We have a ranch home about 1700 square feet. They draped the area and cleaned up everything . They did an outstanding job, in and out in one day!!!! And, the next day we had a snowstorm . They came when they said they would and the price was so reasonable!

The Joseph Seifert team did a very good job. I would give them an “A”. Two subcontractors were also sent. They were not as considerate and professional as the core team. However, I am satisfied overall with the work performed.
