Worst service ever! They're scheduled appointment last Thursday- and forger about, rescheduled for today- and forget again. Never call back! I have two days off to come Pocono in a middle of the week for nothing!!!! Never doing business with them!!!

Professional and courteous office and on site staff (Operator). The Operator explained in detail the work to be performed and answered all questions without hesitation. The company provides equipment that prevents damage to lawn/property, and the costs were reasonable. My only recommendation would be for the office staff to mention the charge to dig up the septic cover up front. The Operator was thorough and mentioned the charge before starting the work. I definitely would not hesitate to use Avalanche Septic Services again for any of the services they provide.

The septic clean up went well, however, we also have an issue with the electronic alarm. Although, I had an estimate to replace or repair this item. When I called the office for an estimate, it appears to be much more money than what was quoted.

This company really saved the day. Extremely fair prices and great service. They sent the boss and another worker to my house to fix an unknown issue with our grinder pump. They worked quickly and gave us tons of advice and tips on maintaining the condition of the pump. I would recommend this company to anyone. I was beyond satisfied with the quality of service.
