"I hired Plymouth Nursery after speaking with several neighbors who recommended this company. I met with John the owner and found him to be very knowledgeable and very professional. I moved into my home in November of 2020 and discovered that when it rained there was a tremendous amount of water that would build up in front of my front t door. John offered several solutions and I elected to address the drainage issue with a French drain solution around the front and side of the house . In addition Plymouth Nursery installed a flag stone porch and walk way with Belgium blocks as a border. Lighting was included in the package as well as new shrubs and plants. The team that worked on my property were very courteous and professional. John checked on the status of his team every day and kept me well informed. The end product exceeded my expectations and my family is very pleased with the final product. I found John to be honest and true to his word. This project not only needed an outstanding contractor – that outfit had to have the access and relationships with an architect, master plumber and master electrician that could pull this job off. It took a few weeks for us to get the necessary building permits, but the architect was relentless – meeting with us on the weekends when necessary and getting all of the specifications the county needed for our plan to be approved. Demolition proceeded with minimal disruption, and concerns, such as dust, were brought up – they were resolved immediately. "Joe was professional, punctual and efficient. He gave me an estimate on work to do. Told me a day that he could come that worked for me and showed up on time. I added a couple of jobs when he came and he did them as well. Joe did quality work installing a window, redoing my ramp to my shed and building shelves in a closet. He even guaranteed the light pole installation and would fix for free. No job was too small or big. My advice is to hire him quick before I spread the word and he isn t available!"

"The install went great for both jobs - no issues with them.  The closet insert was a no brainier.  Converting the linen closet to a drawer / door storage unit didn't go as well.  My opinion is the sales person / estimator needed more experience.  We removed the door and frame and measured from the rough studs which was not plum but took the smallest measurement. After reviewing the drawing provided by the sales person some adjustments were made.  Bottom line was we should have measured the inside of the door frame and made a minor adjustment to account for a wider trim. on one side.  Live and learn. I'd recommend getting several estimates and use this company as such.  My wife pushed this to be completed and the sales person had a buy now price.  enough said.
