They explained to my wife what they were going to do before it happened. Then said what they actually were able to accomplish. Great communication. Quick to schedule. Cleaned up after themselves. First date for Eval was missed entirely, the late for second appointment. On day of insulation work they were late and could only do half the job since their spray foam unit wasn't working. "Contacted Master Attic via Angi and Alex, the technician came to evaluate our attic and crawl space (2 separate spaces in our house). We heard critter noises and our upstairs was hot in the summer. The insulation was original to the ~30 year old house, so we know it's about time to get it done. Alex checked both spaces and showed us photos of problem areas. We have an estimate and Alex explained the details of the work involved. The team came within the week (we lucked out to take the spot of a cancellation), and everything was done as expected. There was a lot of work to remove old insulations, vacuum all debris, sanitize the space, seal all air gaps, install baffles, rodent proof, and install new insulation. The work was completed in around 6 hours, the spaces are now clean and tidy - quite unbelievable given how they were before. We went for the heavier insulation which is reflected in the project cost."

Our primary bedroom is above the garage and even though we have a newer home, you can feel cold air coming thru the floor.  It's the coldest room in the house by far.  Ed's team came in and placed foam insulation in the garage ceiling.  He gave us $100 off for Angies list discount which was nice.  They cleaned up well when done.  Now that it's warm out I can't grade the quality of the work until winter again because I won't know till then if its helping with the problem.  I will come back and update then.  We had been quoted over $6000 by another company to do the work so hopefully this works and comes in far cheaper.
