"My deck was in awful shape with lichen etc on boards from where water hit. I had been afraid to get it done because my 2 previous decks were ruined by the man using too much power and taking out the soft pulp of the wood so that when it rained water laid in the small hollows! No good for the wood! Kevin power washed it with no hollows!, sanded it (a great job), & put 2 coats of opaque stain on it. I was very impressed by the fact he would not apply the stain until there were 2 consecutive days of no rain or high humidity & the same for the 2nd coat. (I knew that was how it was to be done as I do my research but that was his mo, which gave me a lot of faith in him. The deck looks great. Better than new! He is also neat & clean when he works & protects surrounding structures from getting messed up or stain on them. What a relief to find a competent construction and renovation guy."

We are a full-service installation company in the home improvement industry, and have been for over 65 years! The services we specialize in replacing: Roofing, Siding, Decks, Patios, Windows, Doors, Bathtubs/Showers, Cabinets and more. We even provide a free no-obligation estimate that will be good for 12 months, so that you have all of the information you need to know about your project.
"I'd like to share my disappointment and frustration with the recent bathroom remodeling project that Install America completed for me. The project was signed on October 29, 2022, started on January 12, 2023 and was supposed to be completed within 1-2 weeks. However, the project did not finish until March 27, 2023, taking over 2.5 months instead of the promised timeline. This significant delay caused me a great deal of inconvenience as it disrupted all my life plans. Additionally, living on the construction site for 2.5 months was unhealthy and stressful, which exhausted my nerves. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the lack of from the assigned project manager. The project manager never called back to provide updates on the project's progress, which left me in the dark about the timeline for completion. To make matters worse, after agreeing on the cost of the project, the salesperson added an additional $10K, referring to the fact that something was forgotten. This is unprofessional and unfair. Quality and quantity of work performed does not match the cost of the project, and I feel that I am being overcharged for services that were not adequately provided and while I have attempted to address my concerns with management, I have been met with resistance and have not received an itemized bill that justifies the charges. In response to these inconveniences, Install America graciously installed two additional niches (that were already in the contract), which is not adequate compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused. The $500 compensation was also insufficient. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Install America. I do not recommend Install America to anyone. Stay away from them.
