A contractor must be creative and thorough to make the addition blend with current structure and "look right" Owner Dan S. was on our jobsite consistently and communicated well regarding adjustments/changes that came up and couldn't be foreseen. Excellent work quality and attention to detail! Our experience with Gateway Building Concepts was terrific and we love our new Outdoor Patio Space! Highly Recommended!!!

Dan was able to repair a loose railing on our second story deck. Once the damage was seen, he quickly ordered the parts needed and explained the entire process from start to finish. And he was very reasonable with the cost. Highly recommend Dan for any home projects.

Great crew, quality work, lasting materials, fast, respect for property, thorough clean up, excellent communication! We are thrilled, neighbors all hire them too with only good to say. They've done numerous jobs for us already. This one was to raise our sunken living room!

Dan was wonderful to work with! He helped bring our vision to life. Dan and his contractors built a new deck with a roof. The materials are high quality and the finish work is excellent. We are very happy with our new porch/deck and would recommend Dan without hesitation!
