Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

He advised to use additional cleaning agent for the basement due to presence of cat urine. I highly recomment this company. Walk-in closets and hallways were included without additional charges. "We hired them to do a deep cleaning of my parents' house of 50 years, prior to it being listed by a realtor. The two women who came were very friendly and responsive to all our requests. Their vacuum, however, looked very inadequate, so they used ours. Also, the women didn't bring any oven cleaner. One said she doesn't use it due to her asthma. After two attempts with her spray bottle (not sure what was in it), the oven was still not clean. So we supplied her with oven cleaner and she did clean it a third time, this time to our satisfaction. Other than that, they did a very good, thorough job overall and we would recommend them."
