We've used I Do Windows three times for our older colonial style house with many divided light windows. Excellent scheduling communication from Chris, professional and pleasant crews, great results. Highly recommend!

Even though the office was responsive during the initial proposal phase and guys that showed up, arrived on time, the entire experience and the quality of work were TERRIBLE!! I specifically requested them to avoid a small vegetable garden area (6ft x 10ft) and asked them to be very careful with the planted beds around the house. They just decimated the whole area killing multiple vegetable plants and flowering plants around the house because of the high concentration of bleach being used. The soil in our raised beds is now trash - we had spent a lot of money and time to build an organic vegetable garden with the highest quality soils and soil amendments and now everything's gone. Lastly, our deck stain was also bleached by the solution they used! I have attached photos for all the issues I have mentioned above. If this is how they were going to powerwash, they should have asked me to cover the required areas or brought something with them to cover the areas or rinsed the plants and the deck with water after they finished power washing. I saw the guys pulling out of the driveway within 30 mins of arrival. They did not wait to ask for feedback or apologize - nothing at all. Overall, I feel cheated...

Very poorly run company. They broke our window and refused to fixed it! The window is literally shattered. They employ polite, college students, but the owners are terrible. Prior to leaving our home, the overly apologetic employees promised our window would be fixed and that the owner would contact me within 10 mins. No contact from the owner other than a rude, accusatory email implying it was our fault! I reached out to the owner and still not a single apology and still trying to blame us, saying WE were lucky his employee did not lose his finger. He offered a resolution - they "might" come out this week and measure the window to send it to a fabrication place, but he didn't really know how to fix windows, just clean them. My husband inspected the window when he got home and both panes were shattered and needed a new casing. We tried the next day to contact the owner again and request of certificate of insurance. When my husband called he was told it was OUR negligence and to never call them again or they would get their attorneys involved and hung up on him. Is that really how you run a company? Their FAQ section of their website boasts about never having an insurance claim in over 20 years. Now I understand why - they just screw over their customers instead of remedying them.

There was missed spots when house was power washed. They did come out again to resolve most of the problems in a timely manner. I would not hire again not so much for the work because mistakes happen, but because the owner was extremely defensive. Not good work ethics.

They came on time and cleaned the casement windows inside and out and also cleaned the outside of the skylights. They did a very good job.

Great ! Outside looks so much better without those black streaks that comes down from the windows and chimney area on the stucco . The aluminum facia and gutters are clean once again . The window crew of 5 did a meticulous job . They removed , cleaned and replaced all window grids and screens and spot free cleaned all windows big and small including skylights. It took them a few hours what would take me days and considering the height of many of the windows it would have been impossible for me to accomplish . It was a fair price and money well spent .

OUTSTANDING, Real pros. They arrived a little late, not a big deal.

They were very professional and fast. What would have taken me half a day, they completed very fast time frame. They were a little late, but the weather (it had been raining) so they were a little late, so it was explainable.

I hired them to do our windows, which have never been cleaned on the outside in 15 years! Four guys showed up on-time & were very courteous & professional. My fiance & I both work at home and they were polite & quiet the entire time. They even removed their shoes when entering the home without my asking. In addition to cleaning the windows, they pointed out 3 "failed" windows where the fog was on the inside between the double-panes. I noticed some drip marks on our palladium window in the foyer after they were done (very high & required a special ladder). They had no problem going out to the van to get the ladder & redoing it for us. Our windows looked amazing afterward...as though there was no glass in them!

We bought the Big Deal and had 20 windows cleaned. The crew were super fast, and I was very happy with the work. Our screens were so clean they were nearly invisible.

They were very professional and did an outstanding job. I will be using them again next year and recommend their service.

Wonderful! The crew arrived during the appointed hour, were mindful of window treatments and the interior of the home. The windows and screens were thoroughly cleaned and looked great!

Everything was perfect - very fast response and very reasonable price for the service and also very convenient. I asked for an estimate few days ago and I got response very fast and I got an appointment for the same week. They come at the promised time and did the job very professionally.

Could not have gone better or more professionally.  I Do Windows worked with me through the Angies List messaging board to lock in a date and time.  In fact I had to reschedule once, they were more than pleasant about the change.
The team of three showed up literally, I think to the minute, with a truck laden with ladders and equipment.  It was as though I was watching a choreographed show.  Each had a predefined starting point, then they teamed up as one would finish his appointed area.   Never seen a group of guys manage ladders and scramble up and down with such ease.  
I have casement windows, each having a screen that requires removal for cleaning the inside of the glass. The team took care of the screen obstacles PDQ being appropriately careful to not manhandle the plastic retaining clasps. The clasps snap if you look at them wrong so I was a little worried we'd have a casualty or two. 
I didn't check the exact time the crew left but I'd guess it was around 25 minutes start to finish.  One might consider that 159$ for around 80 man/minutes work is a bit much... I would then make the counterpoint that you get what you pay for (at least usually).  Time is money, theirs and my own, and I'm ok with paying a top notch pro team who does not waste my time a bit of a premium. Looking at this another way, as a cost for a job well done, I'm a happy camper and plan on calling back I Do Windows whenever I require such services.      Thanks guys..
