The worst contractor I have ever dealt with. I had a front door put in and the job was so bad the manufacturer is sending out thier own techs to fix it. Anthony has come out 5 times and cannot fix the door. He does not even respond at this point. I would never hire this company to do anything. Please think twice before hiring this man.

Andrew was quick and to the point. Gave me a great price and options on 18 windows. He kept in contact while windows were on order. Always quickly responsive to emails and phone calls. Job turned out great. Windows look beautiful. His crew was very polite and left everything clean after. Will hire him again for the next project.

It went very well. The company is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Why pay the least and end up with a job that is just adequate. They went right to work, knew what they were doing, and did their best to make it appear like they were never there when they left.

Andrew and team did a great job on our bathroom work. We had them create a new half bath in our 1st floor living area, remove an old foyer by the front door, and completely rip out and redo our current full bath. Their price was fair and they tried to keep costs as low as possible, especially with any additional change orders that were necessary to complete the work. Ultimately, we were very happy with the work performed, as all areas look great. They worked with us to ensure we had the right materials selected (not included in their price) and gave solid recommendations for layouts and setup of the space. The workers were very respectful and professional, and I was surprised with how well they were able to limit the amount of dust that resulted (especially based on my past experiences with larger remodel jobs). Total job took about 3 months, which was mostly due to unforeseen issues that arose, causing additional work required and delays elsewhere. Very happy to recommend and would consider using them in the future.

We had been trying to quite a while to find someone who could replace our round-top front door without losing the character that the original door gave to the house. We found Andrew and his team on Angie's List. Andrew quickly and accurately estimated the time and cost of the project and was confident that he could complete it and meet our requirements. Once he had the door completed, he and his team came and had it installed in a day. The job also required a new frame, paint, threshold, etc. Everything was completed perfectly with fit and finish. A very clean, sharp, perfect build for which my wife and I are extremely grateful. There is no question that we will rehire Cosello Construction again soon for additional work. What a great experience!

We are extremely happy with the results of the work of Andrew and his team. This was a major project that included jackhammering the slab and excavation in order to tie new sewer pipe to the existing line. All workmanship was was first-rate. The work area was tidy every evening (even during demolition) which allowed us to easily review that day's work. Andrew and I were in constant communication and questions/issues were dealt with promptly. Aside from some minor inspection-related delays, the project was pretty much completed on time. I interviewed seven contractors for this job and I have no doubt that we made the best selection.

The quality of the work has been outstanding (Cosello construction is still doing more work on remodeling several rooms in my home). The windows and doors are beautiful and highly efficient. Cosello Construction also installed a through-the-wall AC/heating unit on my porch, and that, with the new doors, should make a 4-season porch. Windows are also first rate and energy efficient and a major upgrade. Installation was done very professionally, and quickly. The crew are great--very skilled and professional and easy to be around. Courteous, respectful, hardworking, and friendly. And the site has been cleaned very well at the end of each day. I'm very pleased with the work. Not the cheapest, but a very good value.

Andrew and his team did a great job with our bathroom update - especially the tiling of the shower. This is the second time we hired Cosello Construction to perform some work in our house and the result was exactly what we expected from the first time. Although the project was delayed by about 2 days, Andrew made sure I was notified on each day. When it comes to projects, I expect that I'm notified for situations as such and Andrew met my expectations. That being said, Cosello Construction will always be at the top of our list when we require any house projects to be completed.

Andrew was very professional with the projects we needed completed. He took time to answer all my questions in a timely manner during the proposal phase. I wouldnāt say he was the cheapest quote we got but the workmanship was excellent for the final product. During the project we had a few delays because of plumbing issues from the manufacturer which he helped to resolve. Permits were pulled and passed with only one minor issue with some construction material getting in the pipping which he cleared without any issues. The bathroom turned out fantastic and would recommend his company to anyone. We are looking forward to the next project and working with Andrew again. The only other thing which I mentioned above was that he also helped install a new screen door from wind damage that happened during our bathroom remodel along with the porch columns. Excellent company!

After receiving 7 quotes for the project, we hired Cosello Construction. Cosello's quote was not the cheapest or the most expensive. We feel that we got what we paid for by hiring Cosello Construction: quality craftmanship, experience, and an industry professional. Cosello Construction worked with our architectural plans and completed the work masterfully. Our kitchen and laundry facilities were moved. Additionally, a full bathroom was put in. We enjoyed working with Andrew Cosello through such an enormous job because he was prompt in responding to any of our questions, completed the work to code each time, and he was straightforward in his communications and contract. Andrew's team was professional and treated us with respect and treated our property with respect. Those qualities mean a lot to us.

Cosello Construction installed 8 new windows on the second floor of our house and completed a bedroom remodel. Andrew and his team showed up on time and completed the project as originally scheduled. We are very happy with the quality of the replacement windows and the bedroom remodel. The bedroom remodel included the following: *Install two new doors (also removed and replaced the existing door frame) *Replaced the trim molding *Added new high hat light to electrical *Installed new ceiling fan and two closet lights *Relocated cable to another wall *Painted Room All of the workers were very professional and kept the work area clean. Andrew was very responsive and took pride in doing a quality work. The project went very smooth and we will be calling Cosello soon to replace our first floor windows and additional renovation work.

The bathroom is BEAUTIFUL and we love it! I can't say enough how pleased we've been with everything they've done. Having an old home that constantly needs attention, it's been a challenge to find a contractor that is on time, for a fair price and does great work. We would (and will) hire these guys again and again. HIGHLY recommend them!

The windows are definitely good quality and insulate much better than the replacement windows we had installed about 10 years ago for these windows. Those who came out to estimate and measure and to install were courteous, helpful, and professional. My only suggestion would be for the window company used - and that would be that written illustrated instructions be provided for removing panes, cleaning, etc. These were not available from the service provider or from the company's website. This should be a standard item with such windows.
