We were looking for a way to improve the function of our home, which included replacing a 3 season porch with a larger, multipurpose room, along with a new utility room so that our washer and dryer could be moved out of our bathroom. We had gotten estimates from other contractors, but Bill was the only one willing to work with us to figure out the best way to stay on budget, while still making sure we were happy. Other companies made me feel like I was being talked to, rather than an open discussion. Bill’s plan was innovative and cost effective, while still beautiful and fulfilling all the items on my wish list. The team was extremely communicative and respectful. Going into the project, I was worried about how much our life would be disrupted, especially with two little ones under the age of 5. I was pleasantly surprised that there was little inconvenience during the entire project.
