Spent a lot of time with us discussing the options and planning the work. "Old School" perfectionism. Minimized household disruptions and cleaned up well at the end of each day. "Our entire job was extensive, replacing all windows (new construction not inserts), remove/install siding, replace all outdoor trim changing it from wood to Azek, new indoor trim around new windows, new soffits, new gutters, new front door and surround, new garage doors, new outdoor lighting and new front porch.  The first contractor not only walked off the job but his work had to be removed and redone due to poor workmanship by the first contractor.  Cary came to the rescue, because we continued to uncover more work that had to be redone we paid Cary and his helper by the hour.  His work ethic was unquestionable.  He showed up on time and worked the promised 8 hours.  Cary did all the siding, soffit installation and basic outside trim which included a 1 x 8 freeze board a 1x4 board, dentil molding then cove molding along the roof line. He also cut the arches from the Azek.  Because my design for the front door surround was rather intricate Cary brought in two carpenters who were unbelievably talented.  He had them cut the remaining dentil that was needed on site.  He also brought in someone who installed the gutters and downspouts. Cary also installed our french doors with a retractable screen and as the Anderson construction rep said, " this is the best installation I have ever seen".  The overall project went smoothly once Cary took over the job.  He is respectful and listens to what you want and most importantly was there when I needed him."

"Mark Salazar (Owner) arrived as scheduled and repaired the trim siding. I have used Mark on three other occasions.
The first time he put new siding on my house and completed the work in the estimated time.  He gave me a list of houses to look at that he previously put siding onHis workers picked up each day and placed everything in the dumpster he provided.  (Very clean). Cost was about $12K
The second time I used him was for roof repair. Previously we used Wizard Construction and our roof leaked because it was installed incorrectly.  At the time I did not know that RCS did roofs.  I called Mark in and he came over and agreed that the job was done improperly. Wizard Construction has since gone out of business.  He and his crew repaired the roof, again very clean work. Cost was about $4K, but that included removing the plywood underlayment as well
The third time was I wanted to add vinyl embellishments to the front of the house and to add new vinyl shutters and power washing. The total cost was about $1500. 
I also recommended him to my next door neighbor and installed Hardyplank? siding."
