"Mark was diligent and prompt. He came after one critter was caught to collect and remove. Beside the initial fee you have to write a check for each animal removed per trip. That could be many checks."

They didnt need to be reminded to come on their 2nd visit, and they sent me an email invoice confirming they were there on the 2nd trip. I am most impressed though that they took it upon themselves to remove a branch that had been hanging from my 2nd story gutter!
