"Project was repairing or replacing small roof on the back of a row home in Lancaster. Roof was over 30 years old. William was willing to quote and start work on it while we were still out of town. Top quality rubber roofing material used. He also put a layer of silicone coating on the larger top roof on the house. The grey dirty picture is the old roof. Particularly good flashing and sealing work against the walls of both houses. Ignore the metal cable, that was for the dog run."

"Bob initially did really well. We hired him to fix our back gate, straighten a part of our wooden gate, and put a new wooden gate on the front of our yard and replace the wire one. He was consistent for a while and then went MIA. He said he was experiencing health problems, so we tried to give him some leniency. Paid him around $1,100 out of good faith even though he hadn't finished the work. He left his post hole digger here, so I figured he would be back. No word from him in weeks. He left the old gate beside our house (picture below) and no late on our new wooden gate. We have to unscrew it every week to take out the trash. Submitting a complaint to BBB as well."
