I am just thrilled when I look at my property now! Everything was done as requested. The landscape workers were prompt, hardworking, and it was obvious they took pride in doing their best work. It was a joy to see how they worked together as a team. When a couple of details were missed on their last day, I made a call to Jeff, and the crew was back in less than an hour and cheerfully took care of those details. I am so pleased with Green With Envy ... One of the best decisions I ever made.

I contracted GREEN WITH ENVY LANDSCAPE, LLC to install a new mulch bed in my yard. This work involved digging up existing sod, hauling away the debris, and filling with black premium mulch. I received a timely estimate and the work was performed in a prompt and professional manner. The crew cleaned up after themselves and the resulting new mulch bed is beautiful. I would not hesitate to contract again with Green With Envy.

The work that was done was excellent. It took awhile for them to come and do the work, but that was my fault for waiting late in the season to contact them. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work and will have them back.

During the last rainstorm the downspouts and drainage worked quite well. The grass started growing after about four days. The edging and mulching make the lawn look so much nicer! I do want to add that the weather played a big part in when Jeff could get the project started. Also, Jeff was very easy to talk to about what I wanted done and he had helpful suggestions which I hadn't thought of.

The office was not responsive, the crew seemed nice but other than the foreman, who did not actually do the mowing, the crew did not speak any English. When I called to discuss some issues I was having with the service, the office was very rude, took no interest in trying to make it right, and then dropped me as a client. Also, when I called to pay my bill, the office frequently did not pick up and then complained that I was difficult to work with payment-wise. I regret hiring this outfit.

Very well. Jeff and his team are top notch in every regard. My only concern is the $49 per man/per hour charge which seems reasonable enough but is difficult for those of us who are on a fixed budget to manage .We have already contracted for several more hours of Fall clean-up work at a family residence near-by and it is re-assuring to know that the job will be done well. I just hope we can afford to continue a working relationship with Green with envy in the future.

Jeff and his team did a great job with the entire project.  They were helpful in suggesting improvements to our landscaping and did a great job repairing an existing sitting wall.  Overall a great experience with Jeff and the Green with Envy Landscaping team.

Well, at first it went great!  Looked good and we were very happy with it.  After the first winter we noticed that it started to sink.  We called Jeff and his men were back out that spring to fix the problem.  It looked good again.
Well, the patio started to sink again.  This time the knee wall started falling off of vertical.  It actually is damaging my siding as it comes off vertical.
I called Jeff at the beginning of this summer and let him know we had a problem.  I never heard back.  I told my wife that I had not heard back.  She told me to lay off as she would handle it because Jeff was "hurt" by how I had talked to him the first time.  I tend to be direct, and a bit forceful when I spend thousands.
I let my wife handle it.  We got an email from Jeff that stated " I am getting close to retirement, so, we no longer do this type of work, good luck..."
So as Jeff's work turns to crap.  He wished us good luck.  No suggestions, no recommendations.

My advice is not to use Green With Envy for ANY type of work.  Hardscape, soft scape it really doesn't matter.  If you want someone to stand behind their work,  just walk away from this company.
I never expected Jeff to bear all the cost off this work.  It appears we need footers.  I would have participated in the cost of this repair.  But to be told "good luck"  really p***** me off!
Customer service?  I think not...

"This is actually a easy one. This was a customer for many years without any major issues. Customer was always beating us down on price and hard to collect from. At his past home after the a hardscape job was completed he stated he did not have all the money and could he make payments... which we reluctantly agreed to. Customer was happy and when he downsized to a small condo type home called us again for a patio, fire pit and plant install and landscaping in the back yard. Project was completed and customer was very happy. Patio was adjusted the following year as a courtesy as it was no longer in warranty. Customer contacted us in spring again looking to have us come out and give a price as it was out of warranty for a knee wall was moving. We responded to the customer that we are no longer equipped and no longer do hardscape work. At this point customer became rude with following e-mails. We no longer provide those services and he was quite rude. We were certainly not "hurt" by anything this guy said. We are just no longer doing that type of work. I guess he felt we should do this just for him which we would not. If your doctor retires but you still want him to see you and he does not do you start attacking him? So again, we have over 123 reviews with a "A" rating on all categories including hardscaping. We have full time office personnel and always respond to customer issues as our reviews reflect. So read the reviews and you be the judge."

Jeff & Rhonda got back to me within a day.  They informed me immediately that it would be about 4 weeks which was no problem.  Jeff came out within a couple of days & I had the estimate about a day after that.

Jeff''s crew was amazing. They were very professional, extremely nice guys who did a great job.  They worked well with me in determining how to lay the stone & blocks at the chain-link fence as not to interfere with the neighbors & their puppy. 
The mulch is really fine, looks great, feels nice & soft on the bare feet.  Most of my back yard is mulched, rather than grass, so it took a great deal of it.
These guys worked really well together, seemed to enjoy their work.
 
I will definitely call them again!
