DRS Construction

The roof is perfect.  The dormers are as great as any to be found in Colonial Williamsburg.   The front porch looks great- sturdy and well designed.  When Dave says he will call or be there, he is.  Best contractor I ever had the pleasure to work with.

We got a total of 5 estimates for the roof and DRS was the best overall. Responded quickly to request for roofing estimate from storm damage. Actually made a few repairs immediately as a courtesy. Very polite and professional. Price was very fair. Workmen were professional and cleaned up well each day. Dave went up on the roof to inspect at the end of the job. His price was less than 5% over the other estimates but we went with him because his customer service was excellent.

Excellent experience! Dave spent over 1 1/2 hours with me on the roof during the estimating phase to explore all the options. He presented an estimate and scheduled the work for mid-July. Due to the weather this summer the job got delayed to August. Materials were delivered and stacked efficiently. He and his crew completed the roof, shingles, and solar tube installation in 2 days! Cleaned up each day so there was no indication they had been there except for the new roof. The whole neighborhood was astonished that it went up so fast! The siding of the new peaks was delayed due to a back-order and the extension of the chimney. The roof looks great and fits the house. I cannot give enough praise to Dave and his crew. He stayed in touch with me as work progressed and executed change orders as needed. His contract was thorough and he completed every item. The finished product is more than I could have hoped for. I would not hesitate to use his company again or recommend DRS Construction to anyone looking for roofing work.

I am 110% pleased. They have tremendous work ethic. They delivered as promised and did a great job. They cleaned up well, too. They provided everything you would expect.
