He not only did the power washing of the deck, house and sidewalk, but also fixed the patio that was sinking in several areas. He saw that the piping under the patio was cut and replaced it. "Crazy hard to schedule-no less than 10 emails back and forth. When finally scheduled both jobs were done as scheduled, except the leaf removal person showed up to clean my gutters! Both jobs were performed satisfactorily, but I feel the leaf removal should include blowing off the deck and actually REMOVING the leaves and not wanting to leave the bags for me. The person did remove them for me since I had had the scheduling issues...much appreciated.
The main reason I couldn't give them a better rating was due to the scheduling personnel.
