The old ones were a non-standard size, which required some craftmanship. The whole effort took about 2.5 hours, and every step of the way, Corey was taking his time to do a perfect job. He truly cares and takes pride in his work. I was very pleased with the end product. Corey and Missy were punctual and very friendly and professional. I truly felt at ease with them in my home and am thinking of asking them to quote other projects for me. In this day and age, this courteous, professional attitude, and attention to detail are rare. He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
