"They took what I needed to remove at a fair price."

"Troy & his son did a very nice job cleaning out several buildings and a two floor barn over several weekends and evenings. I couldnâ t be more pleased with their punctuality, courtesy, thoroughness and willingness to do additional undertakings over the 6 week period we agreed upon when I signed a contract with Troy. Would highly recommend him for a job of any size!!"

"Blake and the team at PA Property Solutions were absolutely incredible. They cleared out my mom’s basement, attic, and garage, and I mean completely spotless. What I thought would take multiple loads, Blake knocked out in one, and FAST. Beyond the speed, what really stood out was the honesty and professionalism. Blake kept me informed, set clear expectations, and then exceeded them. No surprises, no shortcuts, just fantastic work from start to finish. It’s not easy trusting someone with a job like this, especially when you can’t be there in person, but Blake made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I’m genuinely grateful. If you need anything hauled, cleared, or cleaned out, this is your guy. Highly recommend. 💪"

The price was really fair compared to other companies, and they were super polite and professional throughout the whole process. I?d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and affordable junk removal service!"
