"From the initial call to the arrival, which needed sooner. They came the same day instead of rescheduling. Rachael was amazingly through in her inspection. She didn't me bother me at all. She was patient, kind. Throual.work with company on pricing. Knowledgeable on what was necessary and not so urgent. This is not a scam call. If you having issues and need inspection and or work they are responsible and accurate. I'm Terry twin on the media. Terystiontots childcare Woodlawn on IG. Good luck"

"Although I in effect had a blank check from the company of the service truck, for two months I could not find anyone to do the job.  Two people came out and looked at it but never did anything.  Too small of a job?  I don't know.  I called Fausty on a Saturday afternoon and he came out to look at the job within two hours.  He would have started the work on the following Monday but we had to get things cleared with the company of the service company.  As soon as it was approved, he was out to do the job.  I couldn't ask for anything more."

Yes, skylights can affect a home’s energy efficiency, either positively or negatively. Properly installed, energy-efficient skylights with Low-E coatings, double glazing, and UV-blocking glass can help regulate indoor temperatures and reduce heating and cooling costs. However, poorly insulated or older skylights can contribute to heat loss in winter and excess heat gain in summer, lowering overall energy efficiency.

Yes, with features like LED lighting and variable speed controls for efficiency.

You'll likely need more than great home staging to sell your home. Now is a great time to get to work on the curb appeal of your home . Hire local exterior painters and landscapers to coat the exterior of your home and bring it new life with some sprucing up.

A good SEER rating for an HVAC system is typically between 15 and 20. However, minimum requirements vary by location; HVAC systems in northern states must have at least a 14 SEER rating, while those in southern states need a minimum of 15. For the highest possible efficiency, look for units with a SEER rating of 21 or higher. It's important to remember that a SEER rating represents the maximum efficiency a unit can achieve, not the level at which it will operate at all times.

There is no blanket figure for a residential home’s electrical load, since load varies by the size of the home, how many appliances are used, and the efficiency of their electrical systems. Typically, however, it’s safe to assume 40 to 60 amps is the average electrical load of a residential home.
