I hired York for an Home Energy Audit of my home. Dirk came right one time for our appointment. he explained the process to me very well and answered all of my questions. After the initial discussion, he began the audit process. Dirk was very diligent and thorough in his inspection. Our home is quite large, has two sets of everything: kitchens, furnace, water heater, air conditioner, etc. After his inspection we discussed the findings, and scheduled another meeting to go over the suggested improvements. I highly recommend this company for your home energy audit needs.

I am only at the beginning portion of this project and just had the house evaluated. Dirk explained every step of the process and helped me to understand what issues were discovered, how each issue could effect the efficiency of the house, and what I could do to correct the issue or make it significantly better. This is actually the third company to help me determine what I can do to make my house more energy efficient and save me money in the long run. This was, by far, the most thorough evaluation I have had done. Clearly, they understand the science behind the project and I really focused on health and safety as well as energy efficiency. I hope to update this review after receiving my comprehensive report detailing the work, the cost, the project completion and the overall benefits and savings expected.

Mr. Ness is a very honest person. He felt comfortable speaking with him. He educated me on how to make my home more energy efficient. He showed me photos of my home and explained in detail how unwarranted air was entering my home and what can be done to fix the problem. He s also works with my energy company so my energy bills will be lowered. Very satisfied customer!!!!
