"I spent about 40 mins of wssted time plus the lady over the phone exokaining the work i neeed to get she was sakes person giving me a quote. With out any understanding of my porject . Then i spent another 20 mins with a contractor from deleware who spoke spanish and he clesrly did not undrrstand my projects and he needed me to take photo of closet like building closet from closet from design . Hr now needed me to take a photo and gave up . I equaly spent my time waiting for another contactor who wad very pofessionsal . He. Brought a booket with his name on it and buiness . I mean i didnot worry sbout the identification part as he said he was the owner and because i have non working computer he was willing to send the quote via us mail . "Terri, the designer, spent about 1.5-2 hours looking at the closet, asking questions, designing the system, and providing pricing during her visit.  She listened to our requirements, answered all of our questions and explained the installation process and the requirements for removing baseboards and emptying the closet before installation.  6 weeks later, the system was installed in a few hours by one installer.  He was neat, did the cutting in his truck, and cleaned up before he left.  The installation matched the design drawings perfectly.  I was surprised at how sturdy and well-built the shelving components are.  We got a built-in laundry hamper, which is a great feature.  The company seems to be very well run, with friendly, courteous employees and quality built in to all of their work processes.  I would definitely recommend them.  Make sure to use a 40% off coupon - they are easy to find.

When Perry came to look at what needed to be repaired/replaced, he took photos of all of the the damaged support structures (termite damage), so when the crew came to do the work, they had the photos and knew exactly where to look and what to look for. They came on time and immediately went to work. The job was completed promptly, and when I examined the replacement(s)/repairs, you could tell this crew knew exactly what they were doing! Great job!"
