"Our technician was Tom. Tom was up front and honest. He gave us all of our options coupled with advice for each of those options. Tom was thorough in assessing the issues with our furnace. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and relatable. Tom was also clear and concise communicator. Tom was efficient with work. He was thorough in all of the steps in fixing each problem. A cabinet had to be special ordered for the laundry room to cover some exposed pipes.  I requested additional cabinets along the wall which were of standard size.  Kevin worked on the project.  I showed him cabinets online that I liked.  He measured everything, gave suggestions on how to get around the pipe.  He went to Lowes and looked for cabinets that met my  requirements.  The standard size cabinets were in stock and he ordered another cabinet with sizing required to cover the pipe area.  When the ordered cabinet arrived, he obtained it from Lowes and cut out the back in

specific areas  to avoid the pipe area yet provide stability to the cabinet and leave the base shelf for storage.  He installed all three cabinets.  They look great!  Kevin has done a couple of other jobs for me and I have been extremely satisfied.  He is very professional and personable.  I will definitely use Handyman Matters again and would recommend them to anyone.
