"Over and above satisfaction!! Nick is an a very courteous and professional HVAC specialist! He called said he serve in 1 hr and he did. He introduced himself made feel I was in good hands!! I let him do his job without concern. In less than an hr he had photos of the issues with my furnace gave me a full explanation as to what was happening assured me there was no danger with the issues. "We hired Bactronix to clean the HVAC ducts in our house. Technicians Masson and Shawn arrived on time, did their work unobstrusively and efficiently, and answered all my questions politely and fully. They sent over before and after pictures of the ductwork by e-mail afterwards. Their work has made a positive difference to the air quality in the house, and we appreciate their services."
