George worked with me to design a highly useful, yet attractive integral dog ramp to my backyard. His crew was courteous, helpful and worked very well together. The lumber needed for the deck was high quality, as was the decking material. I was impressed with the careful work they did and with the results. I love my new deck and have used it for most of the seasons. I love the views I have from the deck. My dog also enjoys the views and the cleverly constructed ramp. We had 6 people come look at the roof before meeting Leo. Five ran away without even a quote. So when Leo said I'll use commercial grade materials with a lifetime ownership warranty, and have it done in three days. In my head I laughed. "Mike, the owner/installer is a great guy.  He is punctual and knows his business.  His price is very fair and reasonable probably because he offers only one type of railing.  Customer has no choice of selection of railing.  Mike will paint the railing any color you want but the style is the same. It is a very basic functional railing....which is fine if that is what you want.  A complaint I have is that the railing does not feel like it was "finished".  There are some rough spots/edges that Mike suggested I sand lightly if it is bothering me.  I would have preferred that he sand it smoothly himself at his shop before painting it.  It only took Mike and a helper 1 hour to install all four railings (which included a supporting post and drilling through a metal pole....that was very welcomed.
