Marcello and his crew did an incredible job on my home. The new roof is amazing and the attention to the soffit fascia work was impeccable. Fast Quality Service showed up on time the day the roof installation was scheduled. The job was scheduled for 2 days however was completed in 1 day! Cleaned up everything no garbage left behind even had a large magnet to collect and nails that may have fallen in yard or driveway. We had a rain downspout that was disconnected and Fast Quality Service reconnected for us at no charge. We are very happy with the results.

A few shingles blew off our roof and a downspout became detached during a recent storm. These folks called the same day, came out three days later and fixed everything in less than an hour and charged a fair price. Great experience!

We had wind damage to the soffit and fascia on a small area of our house. This company was very understanding and patient while we dealt with the insurance company. Even though this was a small job for them, they never made us feel like we were insignificant. In fact, they were very courteous and professional. The quality of work was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I contracted with Marcello, for $1300, to fix a leak on my garage roof along the main house brick wall. He said the counter flashing, not the inner step flashing, had failed and needed to be replaced. He said that he would install it in a new groove cut and bring it down overlapping the garage roof shingles by a few inches. When the work was finished, the new counter had been installed in a new groove however the inner step flashing was exposed. There was no overlap of the garage roof shingle as agreed to. Marcello offered no discount for the missing work but repeatedly guaranteed that his work would not leak. The first heavy storm hitting garage roof to house wall, leaked down thru the roof as heavy as it did before Marcellos work. Marcello neglected to diagnose the failed step flashing. This resulted in damaging the wall of my freshly repaired and painted pantry directly below his repair. I notified Marcello over a month ago regarding his inadequate work. Although he did acknowledge my message, he has not contacted me since or made any effort at a remedy. So my money was taken Fast, but I have personally experienced no Quality and no Service. I would not recommend hiring Fast Quality & Service LLC.

They came and gave estimate. We saw other companies and decided to go with them. The whole process was in 10 days. Spoke with Marcello and was always prompt in answering our calls. Except for the dumpster out front, you would never know the roof was put on today. Would and will recommend them.

Marcelo's a nice man. He was efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant. He replaced my porch roof & when the time comes for the entire house roof to be replaced, I'll definitely call him.

Marcelo was very quick to respond. We negotiated a few items and took time to review. He was agreeable to alter the scope and discuss different materials and color selections. Once we settled he brought a contract quickly for review, signed off and was willing to start the next day. It took days for a rather simple house and garage, rip and replace. The dumpster was pulled the next morning. The only delay was one lost due to weather, but the roof was water right prior to leaving each day. All debris were roughly cleaned up after each day. They did well the last day and walked the property with a blower and magnets.
