Great overall work. Easy to communicate with. Came back out to fix some siding that was damaged in the install. Great product, great warranty.

Company is in business for 14 years. Stable. Offered additional insurance on roof warranty. Workers worked long day. Cleaned up year well. Both owner and project manager arrived on site to insure all was to satisfaction. Office personnel are customer oriented, experienced and knowledgeable about the business.

Great job and done in one day

From the initial contact with this business to cleanup, everything was top-notch. The price for the roof was fair, the work was done well, and the cleanup was thorough. The roof looks great, and we've had lots of compliments. So glad we went with Forest Knoll. I will recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

They did a terrible job. Roof leaks, all the gutters are damaged, Hip rafter shingles are falling off laying in the gutter. Had to buy a magnet to pick up all the nails and debris from prior roofing material. The vents in the attic are not connected cause the flashing is off center. (Have to widen the hole to attach the pipe. Called and NO REPLY. Texted and still NO REPLY. They remove the exhaust vent covers on the outside of the house and one of them is missing. Never replaced all the damaged plywood as the contract stated. Installed a skylight and the trim is loose around it. The list goes on. He promised us he was going to take care of it. Seven months later NO CALL NO SHOW. I would not recommend Forest Knoll construction Inc. to anyone.

I had a great experience with Forest Knoll. Ricky came out to do my estimate and very clearly explained everything to me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I got several other estimates and not only was theirs the lowest, it also INCLUDED any replacement wood, while other contracts all charged for it. Since there's no way to know how much you'll need until they get up there, it can add up quickly! The project manager, Greg, called me to schedule my job the day after I signed the contract. The day they were supposed to be there, there were some problems, including thunderstorms, but they came out the next day at 7:30am on the dot and had the job done before 5pm. The roof looks great, and Greg answered all my questions, and told me to call him directly if I had any other concerns or questions. The only problem we had was that the 3rd party who picks up the dumpster was several days late, but that was minor overall, and there was nothing Forest Knoll could do.

Forest Knoll is the best contractor weâ ve ever hired. Theyâ re professional, timely and very price competitive. We signed our contract on a Friday, the crew chief called the following Monday to schedule us for Tuesday. The roofers worked without a break from 7:50 am until 5:20 pm, and finished the next afternoon. My yard was cleaner than when they started! Nice people. No hard sale. Highly recommended.
