When we tried to communicate, he ignored our messages until I threatened legal action. Only then did he respond, promising a refund which never materialized. Instead of addressing the issue, he blocked us on social media to avoid negative feedback. This forced us to spend an additional $1000 to hire another contractor to fix what he left undone. "
