I posted a review a few weeks back about this company I hired for a small 10" x 3 1/2" deck with two sets of steps I needed built for the back door of my house. The owner didn't like the review and called me asking me to please remove it. I removed it as I was still trying to fnish the deck myself. So, to get to the point of replacing my review due to even more finacial increases trying to finish the deck. Here is the story. Thay quoted me $2400 to do the project in Trex decking with $1200 down for materials (I thought it was a low qoute for trex, red flag I should have caught). So, they didn't even show up the day they said they would originaly. The next day at 9:15 p.m., they showed up and dropped of some materials. I looked at the materials the next morning and thought to myself , that doesn't look like everything needed for the deck in question as no trex was brought. There were only 4x4s, some 2x8 and two five step premade stringers. Either way I went on to have noone show up that next day until 9 p. m. again working until about 12:30 a. m., which was frustrating. All that got done was a framed rectangle with no deck truses and no 4x4s standing for hand rail later (another missed red flag). This was on a Thursday evening and I was told he would see me tomorrow. I never saw any one again until the following Monday again @ 9 p. m. working until nearly 1 a. m. and what I saw ther next morning was the end to them. I fired them the next day!  The following pictures say alot in the means of poor work. You can see the drywall screws holding up stringers. after tearing apart what had been attempted to find missing trus hangers dirctly under my back door as you would walk out (This looked purposely done btw). These guys have no clue how to do Trex decking first off and probably shouldn't even offer it. I recieved minimal materials from what they did and have had to spend more than what they kept and returned trying to get materials. And now have the task of a hand rail system I am seeing costs nearly a grand to look right. All I want to say is beware of this company they absolutely ripped us off at this point. On top of that someone is going to get injured with this type of unprofessional work.

This company was very professional from the beginning. They fixed the work on my project that the previous contractor abandoned and refused to finish. I wish I found them initially to start my project.

I was extremely pleased with their work. They kept in contact with me multiple times during the day letting me know when my technician would arrive. I would definitely use them again for other jobs.

I almost tore a hole in my living room wall trying to mount my flat-screen myself. Tackling such jobs yourself is never advised unless you have solid handyman skills, which I don't. Mounts R Us came to my rescue when I called, and I'm glad I did. Professional, clean, seamless installation with no mess left behind.

Nothing bad to say In the past I did a number on my wall hanging a T.V. on it thinking this is easy. Spent 2 years looking at a screen that had a slight tilt to the left. I never got over it ,it always bothers me. And when I mover the movers took down the t.v. and mount and laughed at the amount of holes in the wall Not to mention I had to pay to fix it out of my security deposit. One of the movers recommended mounts r Us so figured why not just make my life a bit easier. It was easy I made the call schedule a text to come out The job was don't in less then an hour Nice guy who obviously knew what he was doing. Now I can sit and watch a straight and level TV with no wires hanging all over the place. This is definitely worth the cost of service. I recommend getting it done professionally yes there is a difference
