"I had Resnick roofing install James Hardie siding on my entire home. We got their signature package that included custom shake design, with a custom color. The product seemed to be very heavy duty, and finished product looks great. Frank was our project manager, who was onsite everyday, and went out of his way to speak to me every evening and send me pics and updates at the end of each day. The crew that was assigned to install the siding were extremely hard workers and very professional. They work 12 hours days and finished the job in four days. St the end of each day they cleaned up, and at the end of the project they left my home and yard better than it was before they started. I inspected the work every day looking for anything that might not be right and didn’t find anything. I would highly recommend Resnick roofing to anyone and plan on using them again for future projects."

"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

My roof was 20+ years old & required full OSB on top. Hunter my project manager was very transparent & kept me in the loop consistently as the project unfolded & helped me update the financing (due to full OSB adding labor & product) with zero hassle. The workers themselves were very nice and courteous. I felt fully informed & had a dialogue from initial appointment setup to project completion. He had plenty of props with him that he used to explain how MHI's solution would address my concerns. Low pressure and very knowledgeable. The installation team was very good and efficient. I was impressed. I was particularly pleased that they agreed to take my chimneys down and insulate the flues before covering the chimneys with new wood. I know I was in a tight location and was impressed with their efforts to minimize the damage to my landscaping and the neighbors' property. Great job! Thank you."

They they were very knowledgeable. About the job. He explained everything that was in the contract and what would be provided, and he patiently answered all of my questions. His crew came in and worked it took one day for them to complete the roof. They were very careful in checking our property to make sure that everything was cleaned up. We and they removed all the debris that they had from the roofing project. They were great to work with, and I would not hesitate to hire them again."
