Replaced the whole roof,repaired front porch repaired the rear rain gutter, faceplate was riped off from the last snow storm and the damaged shingles over bay window. There was an old open swing door that went to our basement in a very narrow hallway and it was a nuisance. The new pocket door looks outstanding. "Joe showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He helped myself and my partner remove a huge kitchen worth of cabinetry with the purpose to be reinstalled at another property. He brought all the necessary tools, was friendly, and professional. All of the cabinets were removed carefully and without damage. I would absolutely hire him again. I might even ask him to come out to Buffalo to help me reinstall the cabinets once I get them refinished! He went above and beyond for our project and we're so grateful. "I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."
