"I will start off with the initial dealing with MHI Roofing in Bethel Park PA. Our Condo Community had all the roofs on 6 buildings of total 39 units re shingled in June of 2024 to the tune of nearly $140,000. They were fast and efficient. However, a few weeks down the road we had some issues with items that should have been done as requested. Called the Site Supervisor, Cam Kinnee, submitted the service request, and it took over a month to get this service done and completed. A few weeks later, we had heavy winds and a flue cap blow off, mind you, these flue caps were original from 1974 and were in horrible shape. They should have been replaced, but MHI just painted the old ones. So, I contact Cam Kinnee again, he schedules service, this took another month to get this taken care of, or so I thought. Fast forward to January 2025, some winds blew another flue cap off, I contacted Cam Kinnee once more, he was unable to do anything, as he was in a training class. During my wait for him to return my message from Jan 22, 2025 to Feb 3, 2025. Still not service on the first flue cap by the way!... March 11, 2025 another flue cap on another unit had blown off. I contacted Cam once again, he said he would let his office know. I get a response from Cam informing me that he no longer works for MHI Roofing. Since then I have called MHI numbers about 20 times at MHI Office in Mt Lebanon, I have left messages, no returned calls, no one answers the phone... I am so frustrated with MHI. If you plan to use this company... Please reconsider... Once they have your money they do not service their work! Very disappointed! BEWARE OF MHI!!"

I was quoted one price and before they would do the job I had to ok an extra $4,000 before it could be done because they under estimated how much materials it would take for the job. "Never again. They were SO pushy. Guy wouldn?t leave our house for 2 hours trying to talk us into a much larger gutter job than we needed, while only one critical stretch of gutters were in urgent need of re-routing. That was too little of a job, apparently, until the guy ?talked with the boss? about a deal for the very next day. We said sure (mostly just to get him to leave), and the guy created a gutter plan. The next day, a CLEARLY contract crew showed up, didn?t even know what the gutter plan was and didn?t speak English so it was hard to tell him what to do since I myself didn?t even know the technicality of it all. Had their own branded truck, NOT Home Genius. Then they didn?t include 2 of the elements that were needed (and paid for) AND didn?t put in flashing correctly. 2 years later and a corner still drips from some shoddy job they did and supposedly fixed after original install. Then the company went through a phase of calling me 3 times a day from 100 different numbers. NO!"
