The CEO, Adam Smith, was extremely helpful with the explanation of how solar works, what the benefits would be, the time frame in which the panels would be installed and the finance options available to me. From start to finish the communication between Adam and my project engineer Eric Tennant was superb. They handled all of the borough and electric company permits and delivery of all equipment needed to install the panels. They used Green Rack Contracting for the installation process and set up of the Enphase system, which monitors my solar panels on a consistent basis so I can follow the progress of my own energy production in real time. I interviewed over 10 solar panel companies and am extremely happy with my choice of Raycycle. They were the most reasonably priced for my situation and the products offered, which are top notch! I also liked the fact that they are a local company! I would highly recommend Raycycle to anyone looking to have solar panels installed on their home or business. "My panels were installed in August of 2021. They weren't turned on until July of 2022. I was promised a refund on the cost of the panels. I provided all of the documentation they requested to refund me for the months I paid on my loan with no solar on April 1st. I have called to follow up dozens of times as they owe me close to $2,000 for the payments from November - July. (I have only currently submitted over 1k of those bills). They have not only failed to reimburse the funds, but their customer service can't even provide me a timeframe. When I call for updates, they just say it's been escalated. It's been escalated for 3 months with 0 resolution or update. I'm completely baffled by how you think you can run a business like this. If it was possible, I would have the panels removed from my roof, but just like all of your customers I am stuck dealing with your pathetic excuse for customer service. Not only that, but I recommended this company to my brother who purchased panels and they turned his system on before inspection and could have burned his house to the ground. Unbelievably bad service all around. I can't express more strongly to avoid doing business with this company and find a different panel provider."

"I had my panels installed in November of 2019. There were many discrepancies between what the sales associated had promised me and what I actually received. First I ordered enough panels to supposedly cover 60% of my electric consumption. However, my monthly power bill wasn't even reduced a third. Second, I was promised an app so detailed it would even break things down to what each panel was producing so I would know if there was an issues with any of them. What I actually received was a very basic app that only tells me what my whole system produces each month with no further break down. I never received the money promised for making referrals either. You do not get what you're promised by this company. Do not trust the sales team! or customer service for that matter in correcting it or working with you to resolve things."
